The Vitamin M Box is excited to bring you a monthly box of curated goods – from fashion to beauty to home items – your box will never fail to delight! Please review The Vitamin M Box Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling as they contain important and relevant information regarding your Membership, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your membership account. By signing up and purchasing our Membership, you agree to the following terms. 

• A Monthly Membership consists of a monthly product box of curated goods. When you sign up for this membership, you will be billed $35 immediately. If you sign up for a Monthly Membership, you will be immediately billed $35 (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and an introductory Welcome Box will be the first box you receive. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. Monthly Memberships automatically renew each “Month” and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above.
• A 6-Month Membership consists of a monthly product box of curated goods at a discounted rate for a term of six months and six boxes. When you sign up for this membership, you will be billed $180 immediately. This is a savings of $30 over our monthly membership price. 
• An Annual Membership consists of a monthly product box of curated goods at a discounted rate for a term of twelve months and twelve boxes. When you sign up for this membership, you will be billed $360 immediately. This is a savings of $60 over our monthly membership price. Annual Memberships automatically renew annually and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged for the next annual Membership Term up to two weeks before the Box is shipped.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELABLE AT ANY TIME. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE EFFECTED PRIOR TO THE BILLING DATE OF THE MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL. NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS ALREADY BILLED AND FULFILLED. WE DO NOT PLACE “HOLDS” ON MEMBERSHIPS.

GIFTS/ADDITIONAL BOXES.

Members may choose to send their orders to a different address than their own (within the United States and Canada). Additional Boxes may be purchased, subject to quantity limits at the discretion of the Company (generally, 10 Boxes). Additional Boxes are not subject to renewal, but you must have an active Membership to purchase them.

ADD-ONS.

Occasionally we may offer additional, discounted products that Members may add to The Vitamin M Box (“Add-Ons”). Add-Ons for Members are billed approximately at the same time as payments for Monthly Boxes. Add-Ons for Annual Members are billed up to three weeks before seasonal Boxes are shipped. Add-Ons are shipped at the same time as your regular Boxes.

SHIPPING AND TAXES.

For each The Vitamin M Box and Add-Ons, we may also charge for any applicable taxes, as well as shipping fees for shipments outside of the Continental United States. We currently charge sales tax only on shipments to New Jersey.

DATA TRANSFERS.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
